Programs for Students Residing in the Kingdom

Service Details: Fully-funded educational scholarships offered to students residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a valid residence permit during the application period.

Application Period: From 18 / 6 / 1446 AH to 18 / 7 / 1446 AH

Target Group: Acceptance of non-Saudi students residing legally in the Kingdom, according to the rules for accepting scholarship students for non-Saudis in higher education institutions in the Kingdom, under the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (94) dated 29/03/1431 AH. Available programs for admission:

General Admission Requirements

  1. The applicant must hold a university degree from a recognized university, and all documents must be certified by the Saudi Embassy (Cultural Attaché) in their country or the country where the degree was obtained.
  2. The applicant’s GPA must be at least “Very Good.”
  3. The maximum age for master’s applicants is 30 years, and for PhD applicants is 35 years.
  4. Two academic recommendations from professors who have taught the applicant.
  5. Achieve a minimum score of 65 in the General Aptitude Test for university graduates.
  6. Meet the English language requirement, except for the History and Arabic Language Department and the Sharia and Islamic Studies Department.
  7. Must have legal residency in the Kingdom (if on a work permit, a master’s applicant must provide approval from the employer stamped by the Chamber of Commerce; for PhD applicants, full-time leave from the employer is required).
  8. Applicants in health-related fields (Medicine, Dentistry, Applied Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc.) are not accepted.
