King Abdulaziz University Concludes Orientation Week with Specialized Sessions and Strong Student Engagement

King Abdulaziz University (KAU) concluded its Orientation Week for new students, held from September 8 to 10, 2026. The program featured specialized sessions and introductory tracks covering scientific, health, literary and humanities faculties, alongside an accompanying exhibition featuring 30 faculties, deanships and university centers.

Orientation Week witnessed strong engagement and broad participation from new students, who attended the various sessions and programs and visited the accompanying exhibition.

The concluding activities of the orientation program focused on the academic guidance track, featuring concurrent specialized sessions designed to introduce new students to the programs offered by the University’s faculties. The sessions were organized across three main pathways: scientific faculties, health faculties, and literary and humanities faculties, with the participation of a group of University academics and specialists.

The program forms part of King Abdulaziz University’s efforts to provide new students with a well-structured start to university life, connect them with the University environment from their first days, and encourage their participation in activities, innovation and excellence.

These efforts aim to foster a balanced university experience that combines academic achievement, skills development and meaningful impact.
