The Executive Rules for the Undergraduate Study and Examinations Regulations at King Abdulaziz University constitute a regulatory framework aimed at governing the implementation of the Regulations by defining the executive procedures and controls related to admission and registration, study plans, examinations, denials, withdrawal and postponement, transfer, course equivalency, graduation, and grade point average calculation mechanisms, thereby regulating the educational process, enhancing the quality of academic outcomes, and ensuring fairness and transparency in the application of academic procedures in accordance with the Regulations issued by the Council of Universities Affairs.
