Director General of the General Administration of Institutional Governance and Compliance at King Abdulaziz University
Professor Fahdah Alsudairi is the General Manager of Institutional Governance at King Abdulaziz University and a Professor of Accounting and Auditing. She earned her Ph.D. in Accounting with a focus on auditing from the University of Essex and has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and governance.
Her career combines academic, advisory, and leadership roles, with a consistent focus on strengthening systems, policies, and institutional effectiveness. In her current position, she leads efforts to develop governance frameworks and advance compliance and risk management practices aligned with national priorities and international standards.
Prof. Alsudairi’s research interests include auditing, professional ethics, and corporate governance. She also holds certifications in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRCP) and has completed advanced leadership programs at Harvard University.
Through her work, the Institutional Governance office emphasizes transparency, accountability, and efficiency, ensuring alignment with the university’s strategic objectives.
