She earned her PhD in Management from Flinders University, Australia, where she successfully managed a prestigious international grant funded by the Council for Australian-Arab Relations (CAAR), aimed at enhancing Arab-Australian collaboration in business, education, and the legal profession. She also served as a lead investigator in another CAAR-funded project on knowledge transfer in health and aged care across Australia and the MENA region. Dr. Alothmany currently serves as Head of the Department of Business Administration - female section, and as an Advisor to the General Directorate of Institutional Governance. She is also an Associate Editor for the Saudi Journal for Health Systems Research, and holds academic status at Flinders University, reflecting her ongoing engagement in international research collaboration.
