Dr. Musaab Alharbi is an Assistant Professor and currently appointed Chief Communication Officer and Official Spokesperson at King Abdulaziz University—one of Saudi Arabia’s foremost academic institutions. He also holds the position of Editor-in-Chief of the university’s official magazine and newspaper.
Dr. Alharbi earned his Ph.D. in Public Relations and Communication Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) in Australia. His areas of expertise include strategic communication, media relations, institutional branding, and public engagement, with a focus on advancing university reputation and communication effectiveness.
In addition to his leadership role at the university, Dr. Alharbi actively contributes to academic discourse through research and speaking engagements, positioning himself as a thought leader in the evolving fields of media and public relations. His work bridges academia and practice, supporting the university’s mission and its alignment with national development goals.
