The Faculty of Law at King Abdulaziz University holds a distinguished position as one of the University’s key faculties, established to contribute to meeting the Kingdom’s needs for qualified legal professionals and to support national development by preparing specialized Saudi cadres equipped with the scientific and professional skills required to enrich national institutions and actively contribute to planning across various legal and developmental fields. The Faculty offers modern academic programs and departments aligned with contemporary scientific and professional developments in the field of law. It is committed to providing high-quality legal education for students and graduates, based on internationally recognized academic and professional standards, thereby promoting discipline and professionalism. The Faculty aims to graduate competent legal professionals with in-depth knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and well-developed professional skills to effectively address legal issues. In addition, it seeks to enhance legal awareness within the community and to uphold the principles of justice derived from the provisions of Islamic Sharia.

Strategic plan
The College of Law is an extension of the Department of Legal Systems, which was established in 1408 AH (1988 CE). The college offers undergraduate and graduate programs to provide the public and private sectors with distinguished graduates. In order to contribute to achieving the goals and initiatives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, the College of Law updated its strategic plan to align with the vision. The plan includes a range of initiatives, including the development of specialized programs and research and community initiatives.
