Establish and maintain ongoing communication with college graduates to ensure alignment between educational outcomes and labor market and community needs.
Facilitate the preparation and support of graduates for successful integration into the workforce through career guidance and counseling services.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date database containing detailed information on college alumni.
Enhance graduates’ engagement and connection with the college via diverse communication channels.
Monitor the professional and academic status of graduates using quantitative indicators and research studies to improve educational programs’ relevance to labor market demands, while supporting planning and evaluation processes.
Foster effective collaboration with various employment sectors to facilitate suitable job opportunities for graduates.
Prepare and provide statistical reports on graduate numbers, employment and unemployment rates, and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
Compile periodic reports evaluating strategic partnership initiatives, including recommendations for improvement and development.
Maintain and update graduate records with verified data such as contact details, employers, and employment timelines post-graduation.
Promote graduates’ sense of belonging and strengthen their institutional ties with the college.
Engage graduates in the evaluation of academic programs and curricula by leveraging their feedback and experiences.
Conduct surveys to gather graduates’ insights regarding employers and professional experiences after graduation.
Design and implement programs and action plans to align educational outcomes with the National Qualifications Framework.
Prepare and disseminate information about training venues and enrollment requirements to guide students appropriately.
Participate actively in the implementation of quality assurance, safety, and occupational health policies within the college.
