Building and Strengthening Communication with Graduates • Establishing an updated database that includes graduates’ information, specializations, and workplaces. • Organizing periodic events and meetings to strengthen the bonds between the college and its graduates.
Supporting Graduates’ Career Paths • Monitoring graduates’ career progress and providing professional consultations when needed. • Coordinating with organizations and companies to offer suitable training or job opportunities for graduates.
Organizing Professional Events • Participating in the organization of Career Day and activities that allow graduates to learn about job opportunities in the maritime sector. • Conducting workshops on developing personal and professional skills.
Enhancing Graduates’ Affiliation with the College • Inviting graduates to participate in the college’s academic, research, and community activities. • Honoring outstanding graduates in academic or professional fields.
Monitoring the Academic Performance of College Graduates • Conducting periodic surveys to measure graduates’ satisfaction with academic programs and their relevance to the labor market. • Submitting recommendations to improve curricula and programs based on feedback from graduates and employers.
