Dr. Sanaa Abdullah Sharaf

Dr. Sanaa Sharaf holds a BSc with first-class honors in Computer Science from King Abdulaziz University, an MSc with Distinction in Information Security from the University of Bradford (2006), and a PhD in Grid Computing from the University of Leeds (2012). She is currently an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, King Abdulaziz University. Her research focuses on Information and System Security, Grid and Cloud Computing, Quantum Cryptography, and High-Performance Computing. Since 2013, she has held several administrative roles, including Supervisor of the Information Systems Department, Vice-Dean of FCIT at both the Faisliyah branch and the University of Jeddah, and Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at the High-Performance Computing Center. Currently, she serves as Vice-Dean of the FCIT female campus at King Abdulaziz University and as a part-time consultant at the Center of Excellence for High-Performance Computing.
