Biography
Name: Abdulilah bin Hussein Al-Abbas, born in Makkah (1387 AH), holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Teaching Methods from the Florida Institute of Technology, USA.
• Current Position: Director General of the Documentation and Archives Center at King Abdulaziz University, with extensive expertise in e-management and information technology.
• Professional Experience: Over 30 years of experience in leadership roles, including Director of E-Management, Director of the Administrative Communications Center, contributor to the development of the university’s admission and registration systems, Deputy General Supervisor of E-Management for Development, and Quality Representative at the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
• Contributions: Active participation in numerous university committees and major projects, such as electronic archiving and document management systems, and recipient of several certificates of appreciation for outstanding efforts.
• Training & Skills: Completed more than 30 training programs in leadership, information security, change management, and system development, with strong expertise in programming languages and IBM systems.
