Applying for the Service:

• Through the Itmam System: Researcher Services → Publishing a Research Tool, with the following three forms attached:

1. Research Tool Facilitation Form.
2. Approval of the Research Ethics Committee.
3. A stamped and signed copy of the questionnaire.

• By email to the Researcher Services Unit with the three required forms attached, sent to Dsrw@kau.edu.sa

Faculty Researcher

(Outside King Abdulaziz University)

1. An official letter is sent from the Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the external researcher’s university to Vice President for Research and Innovation at King Abdulaziz University.
2. The request is then forwarded from Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation to the Dean of the Deanship of Scientific Research..
3. The Dean of the Deanship of Scientific Research refers the request to the Researcher Services Unit at the Deanship (Female Section).
4. The Questionnaire Publication Division reviews compliance with requirements, then completes the necessary procedures for publication.
