The Center of Strategic Planning develops and manages the University’s strategic plans, implementing effective governance ensuring initiatives alignment with national priorities. It oversees performance measurement, supports decision-making through foresight studies, and promotes a culture of strategic planning and builds the institutional capabilities of the University staff.
