Service Details

This program offers study seats to non-Saudi candidates in higher education institutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is an official scholarship established under royal directives and governed by special cultural exchange agreements. Participating countries include GCC states and Yemen.

The scholarships are divided into two types:

• External Fixed Scholarships: For students residing outside the Kingdom who are granted a study visa.
• Internal Fixed Scholarships: For students already residing within the Kingdom.

Admission Requirements

• 1. The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, and all documents must be attested by the Saudi Embassy (Cultural Mission) in the applicant’s country or in the country where the degree was obtained. The Cultural Mission will be contacted to verify the authenticity of the qualification.
• 2. The applicant’s GPA must not be lower than “Very Good”.
• 3. Applicants for Master’s programs must not exceed 35 years of age, and applicants for Doctoral programs must not exceed 40 years of age.
• 4. Two academic recommendation letters from former professors are required.
• 5. Applicants for internal fixed scholarships must achieve a minimum score of (65) in the General Aptitude Test for University Graduates.
• 6. The applicant must obtain a nomination letter from the relevant authorities in their home country and approval from the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia.
• 7. Admission is not available for health-related programs (Medicine, Dentistry, Applied Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc.).

Scholarship Benefits

• Recipients of external fixed scholarships receive housing, a monthly stipend, healthcare services, and annual round-trip air tickets during the regular study period.
• Recipients of internal fixed scholarships receive a study seat and a monthly stipend.
