• The ability for students to submit their academic theses electronically after obtaining the required approvals.

• Access the King Abdulaziz University Scientific Platform through the following link: https://libidx.kau.edu.sa
  - If this is your first time accessing the University's Scientific Platform and DeepKnowledge databases, a registration screen will appear. Please complete the required registration information.
• Once you have successfully accessed the platform, locate the "Submit Thesis" button in the upper-left corner of the screen.
• Click "Submit Thesis" to open the thesis submission form.
• Complete all required fields, noting that every field is mandatory (Screens 1–5).
• Upload the committee's official approval letter for the thesis (mandatory).
• Upload a copy of the thesis in PDF, DOCX, or LaTeX format. The file size must not exceed 100 MB.
• Upon successful completion of the file upload process, a confirmation message will be displayed.
