Types of Employer Approvals Accepted at King Abdulaziz University
All general academic graduate programs require applicants, if admitted and currently employed (whether in the government or private sector), to submit approval from their employer in accordance with the following procedures:
A- Employees:
| Position | Required Employer Approval |

| Teaching Assistant / Lecturer | Submit the official scholarship decision issued by their university. |
| Judges | Submit approval from the Supreme Judicial Council or the Administrative Judiciary Council, according to their respective governing authority. |

B- Non-Employees:
Applicants must submit official proof of their employment status confirming that they are not employed, issued by the Civil Affairs Agency of the Ministry of Interior.
- The above regulations do not apply to Teaching Assistants and Lecturers at King Abdulaziz University. Their study is governed by the University's internal scholarship regulations.
- The above regulations do not apply to administrative and technical employees of King Abdulaziz University. Their study is governed by the University's employee scholarship and training procedures.
