Co-Creation and Innovation
King Abdulaziz University believes that beneficiaries are key partners in service development and in shaping the digital experience. Accordingly, the University adopts a co-creation and innovation approach by engaging beneficiaries and stakeholders in identifying needs and challenges, generating ideas and solutions, and contributing to the design and development of digital services and initiatives. The University leverages beneficiaries’ feedback, suggestions, and experience measurement results, analyzing them to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. This contributes to developing services that are more efficient, accessible, and responsive to beneficiaries’ needs.
How Do We Develop Together?
The co-creation process follows a series of interconnected stages:
We Listen
We gather feedback and suggestions to better understand beneficiaries’ needs and the challenges they face.
We Analyze
We analyze feedback, evaluation results, and beneficiary experience data to identify priorities and opportunities for improvement.
We Co-Design
We engage beneficiaries and stakeholders in developing ideas, designing solutions and services, and improving the beneficiary journey.
We Test and Improve
We test solutions and prototypes and use feedback to refine and improve them before wider implementation.
We Measure Impact
We assess the impact of implemented improvements and solutions and measure beneficiary satisfaction and the effectiveness of the enhanced experience.
