20260412890King Abdulaziz University’s Almobdioon Center for Studies and Research hosted the signing
of a cooperation agreement with the Strategic Office for the Development of Jazan Region,
in the presence of Vice President for Scientific Research and Innovation Dr. Amin bin Youssef
Noaman. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in implementing training and
development programs and building human capacities.
This agreement comes as part of joint efforts to qualify national talent and develop
professional and knowledge-based skills through specialized programs that contribute to
improving human capital efficiency, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives in development
and institutional advancement.
Both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening integration among national
entities and activating strategic partnerships that contribute to developing training programs
and launching sustainable-impact initiatives that support institutional excellence and
enhance human competencies.

strengthen its role as a national partner in training, development, and consulting by building
