· Expanding the membership of the society to include at least (75%) of civil engineers in the Kingdom.
· Opening of specialized divisions in civil engineering for groups of interested and concerned professionals in the areas of civil engineering.
· Establishing of scientific meetings in each of the city of Riyadh , the eastern region, Mecca ,and other areas where there are civil engineers and others interested in the field of civil engineering.
· Holding training courses, workshops and panel discussions in specialized areas of civil engineering so as to improve the skills of workers being engineers or others involved in civil engineering.
· Holding periodical semi-annual scientific seminars in specialized areas of civil engineering in the city of Riyadh, the eastern region, and Mecca.
· Publication of educational leaflets in the field of civil engineering.
· Constantly updating the society’s website making it a forum for civil engineers , and presenting it in a dynamic manner as well as providing computer design programs for civil engineering.
· Publication of a specialized electronic version of the magazine "civil engineer."
Planning scientific trips to the outstanding projects in the kingdom for society members.
