Dr. Al-Turki has industrial links with bodies outside the University. These include:
a) Consultant, Alawi Tunsi Establishment
b) The Study of Changing the voltage and frequency at King Khalid National guard Hospital (KKH NGH) .
c) The Replacement of Oil in some electric equipment “already in use” at the same Hospital.
d) Reviewing and preparing many standards for the Saudi Arabian Standard Organization (SASO)
e) Membership of two technical committees in SASO, namely: lighting and systems .
f) Technical cooperation with the general organization of technical education .
g) Studying the causes , effects and solutions of Electricity blackout in Makkah , Jeddah and Taif . This is part of work conducted within a committee formed by Royal directions and headed by Makkah Vice Governor .
h) A member of committee formed by the Vice Governor of Makkah district to study causes of a major fire accident in a Hospital in Makkah .
i) Participation in the study of forming a National Electricity Research Center .
j) Referee for Evaluating Inventions Competition in JSTC
k) Member : Future Scientists Program Committee
