The complements of the legitimate purposes are: things that serve the legitimate purposes and strengthen and improve them, such as the reasons, conditions, and cut off the pretexts, and open them. The importance of complements is shown to be significant in their impact on the existence of legitimate purposes in a complete and full manner. And because they achieve moderation in fatwas. So, get the distinction between what is intended and what is a complement, and what is a complement to the complement. The research aims to rooting the complements of the legitimate purposes, in terms of its definition, properties, sections, and showing the efforts of the jurists in its study and illustrate them from the Quran and Sunnah and jurisprudence of Sahaba. And the relationship of complements to the purposes in terms of their impact on them and affected by them. And in terms of the condition of consideration, and its judgment, and weighting between them when they conflict, and explain their contemporary jurisprudence applications. The research shows that the complements of the legitimate purposes are not independent, but it belongs to the purposes, either before them, concurrent, or subsequent. It fills the emergency shortage on the purposes. The loss of the complements of the legitimate purposes does not damage the origins of the purposes but makes them incomplete. |
