Abstract : The present study aims at identify the effectiveness of a selective counseling program in development some moral values in counseling. study sample consisted of (26) students from psychology department students in King Abdulaziz University. this sample was divided into two groups of equal number. The first control group )13) and the second experimental group (13). To verify the objective of the study, a selective counseling program and a form to measure for some moral values in counseling and both designed by the researcher (1440/2019). The results showed statistically significant differences in the moral values in counseling between control and experimental groups for the experimental group in the post measurement. The results showed also statistically significant differences in the average grades of moral values in counseling between before and after applying the program for post measurement in the experimental group.
