Abstract : Human Right agreements states children rights to live in a safe and healthy environment, as Their Right For a healthy body and education. Since the digital realism in the 20th century is becoming an integral part of our contemporary world, most of children mastered the skills of dealing with these technological devices but not aware of their intangible problems. We cannot deny the accomplishment and significant progress of digital reality, as we must not ignore its effects on children long term in particular its effects to their health, social and ethical aspect. This case provoked the interest of both scientists and artists. British physicist Girard Highland, introduced the effect of digital reality on children’s brains growth which affects their process of thinking. While from an artistic perspective Eyad Maghazel provided an artistic vision of digital reality impact on children in his work, tool of change. Although twenty first artists visually discussed their social matters in their work, yet this interest did not receive the attention and interest of local Saudi Arabian artists. The research problem is framed in the following question; is it possible to visually address the effect of digital reality on children in contemporary painting? The research aims to benefit from the effect of digital reality on the child to create contemporary painting. The research methodology was built on a descriptive approach and an experimental approach to discuss the impact of digital reality on children health, social and ethical aspect. The main research topics focused on the study of digital reality and its impact on children health, social and ethical aspect. In addition, the research will also be focusing on contemporary art in the age of technological revolution and artistic processors and the impact of digital reality in the art practice. Finally, the research will benefit from both theoretical and practical approaches to visually present contemporary painting that addresses the effect of digital reality on children. The research findings summaries in the possibilities of addressing digital reality visually in contemporary painting. The researches recommends recognizing the important of artwork and research that enhance the effect of digital reality on the child in contemporary painting.
