Abstract : ABSTRACT: Scientific progress credited in the States of Europe is in fact the scientific awakening in the translation during medieval and then the primary reference for science is books translated from Arabic by Ibn Sina, Ibn al-Haytham walkarabi and Ibn Khaldun and others, but did not deny Europeans in their translations. This testifies to the Arabic is flexible for science and the teaching of copyright and is able to express that had arisen from the technical and other not as accurately and ability the expression but hutted nation of calamities and stalemate hampered in Arabic on the modernization and development and most of science and civilization and become our expression reduced day after day by the flow of information and new ideas on the world stage without to accompany is linguistically negotiable. To develop language added hundreds of words to dictionaries living languages continually in this area consistently scientific associations and institutions on internationalization terminology among various living languages and even place overlapping use semantics or measurement in concepts from one country to another. In the area of soil mechanics and foundation engineering emerged the International Dictionary of the international society of soil mechanics and foundation engineering in eight languages in 1981 and which began publication in 1953 with three languages only then evolved into five languages and then finally to eight languages in addition to increasing the number of terms. For this we have found that in order to contribute to the revitalization of Arab language movement and encourage scientists and researchers on specific localization science engineering we add Arabic to English and French of this glossary. The approach in issuing this glossary: 1. To benefit of all previous efforts either in Egypt or other Arab countries. 2. To respect for the rules of Arabic language term and expression and the term representatives concerned with the implementation of the recommendations of the Arabic language compound on 1995 's curriculum developed specialized Arab scientific terminology. 3. To choose the most representative and widely used term and common. 4. Since most research that reflect the latest development and progress in science written in foreign languages, since this could speed progress accompanied by wider use of vocabulary or terms those languages it was sometimes a context in those languages. The purpose of this glossary is to link Arab scientific term with other languages and reach a unified Arab scientific language in this area, especially among the Arab East and West
