Abstract : E-Government became a basic terminology which spread in this in this decade as a wide range and as the best mean for providing best service in recent future. E- Government will make easy performance and more successful. E-Government became another word for Electronic service & that mean provide easy service for the people and reduce sharp bemocracy and decentralization and avoid wide and high pyramid of procedures and depend on electronic web pages, so countries transfer their service from traditional to electronic procedures in the twenty one decade. King Abdulaziz University is applied study to examine how is the electronic service and administrative procedures and workflow is going on, the researcher will make a comparison between Saudi universities in this subject to find out the advance service in each university, and to find out the competition service of the universities and the role of King Abdulaziz university to transfer to digital workflow and to be government without paper and to move toward explosion of the information and use effective technology as the direction of the government to move ahead to proved service in fast and economic and easy to get.
