Abstract : We have been in this study was to determine the dynamic oscillation of the main families (groups) of the prevailing real spiders, which reside on the shoot or soil ecosystem agricultural alfalfa Medicago sativa. Where 12 families were identified spider found in a good shoot of three dominant families of spiders include camouflaged Philodromidae, Taiwilat legs spiders Thomisidae, jumping spiders Salticidae Add to that the knowledge of the impact factor on the activity of alfalfa harvesting and intensity of these spiders. The other group, which exist in the soil have been identified seven families of the highlights of three dominant families include Alziabiyat Lycosidae, El-Gnaphosidae, Greek and spiders Theridiidae. It is clear from this study that most spiders that reside on the shoot have the ability to weave house spider to seize their prey, where possible, identify the forms of the nest site and the most important prey located in becomes entangled, which include a legume yellow dotted Aphis trifolii, a legume black Aphis craccivora, Bouncy leaf clover green Empoasca lybica, bouncy brown leaf clover Empoasca discipiens, a different set of flies, Flies, Butterflies and Moths, and nymphs Ntatat grass Grasshoppers. Clear from the weekly data that more prey insect located in the trap of these houses spider is a legume black, on the other was the analysis of all data obtained using the box Latin  2 to test the impact of worker harvesting alfalfa on the density of spiders and activity and test ANOVA Analysis of variance to compare the distribution and spread of home site between the external borders and internal field clover, which show that there are significant differences among them indicate the preference of spiders are capable of weaving house spider that weave their nests at the external borders of a field of alfalfa first, especially after the harvesting of clover to snap up the largest number of prey insects belonging to a field of alfalfa and increase the number of nests at home after a period of two to three days.
