Abstract : This study aims to identify the effect of radiation doses of gamma radiation on two types of wheat in the production of mutations coexist with the high salinity of the soil, by examining changes in the area of ​​the leaf, dry weight and wet for the stem and roots and the chromosomes of different elements of it, to discuss the importance of clear terms of the production of of wheat with desirable qualities. Of the research explained that the high salinity adversely affects the process of seed germination, and shoot, and length, and the length of the root in the soil, and the pigments of photosynthesis, also found that low doses of radiation in some cases, stimulate the process of resistance to salinity in plants.
