Jeddah was chosen as an area of study 'and to achieve these goals is required to identify what is available and the user from the registration systems and the collection of data traffic accidents as well as methods of analysis with Abrarz what in these methods of perfect and lack of both was: 1 - the forms used to record traffic accidents. 2 - method of recording traffic accidents itself. 3 - Tassaa this data. 4 - Recognition of studies and statistical indicators Asamtkhaddma common in the analysis and interpretation of these data to help decision-makers. From multiple studies examined by the research team, and meetings and discussions with those responsible for the traffic 'and the police, and specialists in traffic, traffic engineering and traffic safety, and field visits that we made to police stations and departments, the research found the following: 1 - the problems lie in the following: - Lack of standardization of definitions and forms used. - Lack of data in an easy to researchers. - Addition of traffic to the criminal investigation under a system of comprehensive security. - The research team has proposed a solution to the problems are as follows: 1 - a standard form to collect data binding. 2 - One of the officials left no traffic this form. 3 - adequate training for the administrator password on the writing form because that would make him write the form at the time of walking. 4 - create a traffic information center. 5 - interest in library information center traffic. 6 - a system for collecting data and extracting real-time indicators and make some analysis and information on self-Banat. 7 - the stability of a system for dissemination of data and make them available to researchers and students. 8 - take advantage of the expertise available internal and external.
