Abstract : The plant is the rue of medicinal herbs used in folk remedies. It contains chemicals that effectively the most important alkaloids such as the article Alandoleeh Aharji. The current study investigated some of the objectives of the proposed research plan are: to identify the behavioral and motor effects associated with chronic use (Chronic) of water extract of the seeds of doses of 100-200 mg / kg for 6 weeks. The results indicated that animals were subjected to the test motor activity on the existence of significant differences in all behavioral patterns recorded, the number of boxes that traveled by the animal, the increase in the duration of Perching and the number of times to raise the hands up and on the wall when compared with the control group (control). While not observed any significant differences in the duration of walking. The results indicated changes in liver function and kidney led to high level of liver enzymes such as SGOT and Alkaline phosphatase and SGOT and an increase in the level of Alaurk acid and blood urea and creatinine decreased while the level of blood glucose and the differences were statistically significant. And reflected on the Histology of the liver and kidneys in the form of a bloody sore with an increase in the size of the nuclei of cells in the liver cells and renal tubules accompanied by significant decrease in the weights of the animals in the high dose.
