Abstract : Importance of the study: There is no doubt that eating food integrated in terms of quantity and quality is a key factor to the health and well-being of the individual from conception, and perhaps breakfast the most important meals covered by the individual because they supply the body at the beginning of today's energy necessary for the functioning of vital body functions properly, it is important that individual starts his day by eating a balanced diet. And female students during the past and that could be found it is clear that food intake affects the individual performance in a mental pattern. And no doubt, depends on the quality of food. As well as the time in which he addresses this food, which have a major impact on the amount of efficiency in thinking, ie that the key focus can be in the chemical balance of the individual and derived food. The results of some studies conducted on students in high schools, colleges, and that age group of students that have knowledge of marginal and low on nutrition, as also noted a lot of research and studies in the education of food to the knowledge, attitude and behavior together or any of them depends on the variables of the standard to be measured, so it was necessary to conduct this study to shed light on the nutritional knowledge of students of the university and its relationship to both the attitudes and practices of food for them and stand on the reasons not to address the sensitive category of students for breakfast. With a program of guidance and knowledge of diet to modify the impact of information and food trends, especially with regard to the breakfast. Search method and steps to take place: Follow in this research using a sample survey method, and use descriptive approach to the experimental cross-sectional sample of the total sample.
