Abstract : This report examines the most important risks to aviation safety in the effect of wind shear surface. And start Part I of this report is the final definition of wind shear surface and then followed by a summary of some of aviation accidents caused by wind shear in the past decade to demonstrate the seriousness of the problem. It was the exercise of extracts obtained from the research Computer and information, and an assembly in the literature topic in some scientific journals of the relationship, and found that the efforts in this area means to locate the wind remote detection, and then avoid them, so there was a need is necessary to make this scientific research Part II shows the laboratory equipment used in this research include the research plan and a regular wind shear with a detailed explanation of the devices used, such as Anak antenna and the balance of the wind tunnel and computer and analyzed the data. Part III contains the laboratory results include measurements of the forces of lift and braking, as well as torque, also contains information used models (three models of wings and a model plane) and how to put it in the wind tunnel under the influence of wind shear. Then comes the section where the fourth discusses the results of research with the necessary recommendations, while exposure to wind shear, and the following Section IV with a summary of the recommendations until the necessary exposure to wind shear, followed by Part IV Summary and AVI to research problem and method of treatment and the findings There are appendices in this report dealing with the difficulties that were offset by the research team, and the extent of benefit from it In the end, there is a bibliography
