Abstract : Given the importance of scientific equipment in laboratories in various faculties of the university, especially science colleges, such as colleges - Engineering - Science - Medicine - Earth Sciences - Marine Sciences - Meteorology and Arid Land Agriculture - Department of the students - disciplines, and its effective role in completing the educational process whether in undergraduate or graduate studies and scientific research - has emerged in recent times the need for maintenance and repair of many devices colleges stalled. The proposal in this project to make all the processes necessary for maintenance of scientific instruments from the University of Atal diagnosis and determine the causes and then complete the reform process stalled and re-equipment to its original condition and operational efficiency in terms of precision and discipline of performance, after calibration. As well as a system Mahsp for maintenance and spare parts. The objectives of the project are summarized as follows: - 1 - the establishment of a sound scientific technician to perform all required maintenance and repair services for unemployed university faculties of science. 2 - Configuration library for evidence of maintenance of scientific instruments. 3 - Mahsp develop a system for maintenance work and its own computer program. 4 - Develop an effective system of barn Mahsp of spare parts required. I have been to achieve these goals with high efficiency.
