Abstract : As the graduates are the output of the first medical education program is to identify patterns of activities carried out by former students to help determine the effectiveness of the curriculum and the academic level and review the admission policy. Information was collected by questionnaire survey of three of the first batch of graduates of the Faculty of Medicine, King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia and was to inquire about issues of concern to graduate medical education, certification patterns of medical work, and curriculum issues. On the information collected from 151 graduates (90%) to (96%) of graduates practicing medicine in the sections Ko_khasaúaan public or specialists in the branches of specialization within minutes of the year. There were 6 graduates do not practice medicine at the present time. There are important differences between disciplines practiced by males and females while the male specialization in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Dermatology, Urology, Ear, nose and throat, eyes, bones. Has focused on females in gynecology and obstetrics and children. Obtained higher degrees by 42% and there was no significant difference between males and females. Most males get their degrees from outside the Kingdom of the females who received it from the inside. The graduates expressed their view that the medical basic sciences departments were the least help them in preparation of high studies, while clinical departments provided some significant assistance to them. Reached to the conclusion that the objectives of the curriculum of the Faculty of Medicine, which aims to produce world-class doctors and efficiency to bear the leadership roles in education and medical work have achieved in part by graduates who have been research work on them.
