Abstract : We have increased the interest of scientific and medical recent medical herbs in general, and Nigella sativa (Negilla sativa) in particular. Scientific studies have indicated that Nigella sativa has significant therapeutic effects in the resistance and the treatment of some diseases such as heart disease, immune, respiratory, inflammation and bacterial infections and others. The research aims to study the effect of Nigella sativa on the interaction of metabolic drug in the liver using the experimental animals, "rats" were measuring the effect of the drug to a drug Albarbetyawrat as well as standards liver such as the amount of protein in Almikrusomat, liver weight, cytochrome b 450, cytochrome b 5, Satokom c reductase. The study will also be some dissolution of drugs such as anticoagulant Daakomarol and drug benzphetamine, and drug Aatoxa coumarin by liver cells. In addition, the group was separated enzyme cytochrome b 450. By way of electrophoresis "Aketrvuoriss." The results of research and possibilities in the reactions between cumin and valleys that are a metabolic reactions by the liver / and be of a narrow therapeutic range.
