(Spellchecker)

It is easy to use spell check while writing messages in university email. Here is how you can do that:

  • Click the down arrow next to “discard draft” at the bottom of the compose window.
  • Click on spell check. .
  • If there was a misspelled word, it will be highlighted in yellow. Click on the misspelled word to see a list of suggested replacements. .
  • Choose one of the suggested words on the list to replace the misspelled word.

Spell check will use the same language assigned in the account language settings.

This feature is not available in basic HTML view.

Automatic Spellchecker:

University email doesn’t have the quality of automatic spell check. That could be available through the browser, so kindly refer to the provided help instructions of your used browser if you need to disable or adjust spell check settings.
