Introduction

This course teaches how to insert a central venous
catheter safely under ultrasound guidance.
The simulation sessions utilizes normal subjects for ultrasound
knowledge and vascular anatomy as well as phantoms for
venous catheterization.
Access to the following veins will be taught during the
course: internal jugular, subclavian and femoral .
