Youssef Ahmed Mobarak Soliman

Profile

Youssef Mobarak was born in Egypt. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Faculty of Energy Engineerin, Aswan University, Aswan, Egypt, in 1997 and 2001 respectively and Ph.D. from Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt, in 2005. He joined King Abdul-Aziz University, Faculty of Engineering, Rabigh from 2010, 2014, 2019 as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor respectively to present. As well as Laboratories Committee, Secretary of the Committee of the curriculum and study plans and Strategic Planning in Faculty of Engineering, Rabigh.

Research Interests

Youssef Mobarak Research interests are power system planning, operation, and optimization techniques applied to power systems. Also, his research interests are Nanotechnology materials via addition nano-scale particles and additives for usage in industrial field. He joined Artificial Complex Systems, Hiroshima University, Japan as a Researcher 2007–2008. Addition to Suprvise the M.Sc. and Ph.D. Theses, There are seven Theses are discussed. Supervise the Graduation projects of Graduate Students and Undergraduate Students. Working for arrangement and organization of the first International Conference of Energy Engineering, 2008 held at Aswan High Institute of Energy.

Scientific interests

Youssef Mobarak he taught most of the Graduate and Undergraduate Students in the field of Electrical and Machine Power Engineering and Supervising of many Graduate Student’s in M.Sc. and Ph.D. Programs. Supervision of M.sc. have been approved and there are several Theses to the supervision of M.sc. and PhD under preparation. His working for Quality Assurance Program for Graduate and Undergraduate Programs and Curriculum Development. Updating the contents of the courses taught for Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels at the Electrical Engineering Department at Faculty of Energy Engineering, Aswan. Most of the teaching specialist curriculum for the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Rabigh - King Abdulaziz University.
