     Teaching has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I believe it should be a fast paced, interactive activity wrapped with fun. It involves endless discussions about various topics. Students should learn in an active way through doing rather than passively absorbing information hence, teaching should be aimed at creating motivation to all students. It is rooted in wanting students to become better learners. It is about exploring them to stimulation that leads to unpredictable live responses. There are some key ingredients to making it all work; teachers should keep activities and stimulus materials lively and interesting. Students need to be doing things: talking, reading, writing, working in pairs or in groups, this makes teaching an active whole class experience.
Finally, I believe that teaching should be tailored to meet students' needs. It should be designed to increase their knowledge, confidence and hopefully their English grades.
