Sumia Enani is currently an Assistant Professor of Nutrition at King AbdulAziz University. She earned her PhD of Food and Nutritional Sciences from University of Reading. She is currently a member of the Scientific Team in the National Nutrition Committee in Saudi Arabia, a member of Saudi Diabetes Research Group at KAU and a Vice-President of the Executive Scientific Research Committee in the Faculty of Human Sciences and Design. Her research interests includes nutrition and immunology and nutrition and metabolism.
