I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I got my Master’s degree form Mount Saint Vincent University (MSVU) in Applied Human Nutrition from Halifax, Nova Scotia. I completed my PhD degree in Nutrition and Metabolism at University of Alberta.
