  • This was followed by practical experience in Power, Electronics, and Communication through his work on airport projects.

  • This path culminated in his obtaining a PhD , where he applied computational analysis in Biomedical Engineering.
  • As a result, his expertise encompasses all four key areas of the Electrical and Computer Engineering department: Electronics and Communication, Power, Computer, and Biomedical Engineering. 
  • Dr. Attar has served as the Biomedical Program Coordinator in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department since 2023.

Areas of expertise

General Authority Of Civil Aviation The most prominent projects that have been implemented: 1- The project of changing the flour approach devices for four berths 9 million riyals. 2- A member of an electrical engineer supervising the implementation of electrical works at the new Najran Airport project, with a total value of 380 million riyals. 3- Deputy Director of the Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Airport Development Project in the city, with a total value of 230 million riyals. In addition to engineering and administrative characters in the implementation, implementation and operation of smuggling projects (7 years).
Florida Insituite of Technology Eyad has also many undergraduate students with their senior design projects, and trained some students on biomedical instrumentation and using biomedical sensors including EEG and ECG.
Biomedical Engineering Coordinator The Biomedical Engineering Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the Biomedical Engineering program within the ECE department. This role involves coordinating academic and research activities, facilitating collaboration between faculty, students, and industry partners, and ensuring that the program meets educational and professional standards.
