Dr.Aljuhani
received her doctor of pharmacy degree from college of pharmacy at King
Abdul aziz University. Then, she completed a general pharmacy
residency program followed by a specialized pharmacy residency in
Critical Care Pharmacy from University of Arizona Medical center, USA.
She received two years of Post doctorate fellowship specialized in
Critical Care Research from school of pharmacy at University of Arizona,
USA.
Dr.
Aljuhani was among the first group of pharmacists in the world who
passed the board certification in critical care pharmacy in its first
version 2014. Her areas of interest include:
-Research:
Critical care research including ( trauma, life support, acute pain,
sedations and analgesia, patients related health outcomes, post ICU
survival )
-Teaching: Including critical
care and emergency pharmacy topics, life threatening infectious
diseases, clinical pharmacy practice professionalism and
communications.
-General: Academic
advising and career counseling. Undergraduate and postgraduate
mentoring. Advocate for healthy living, and functional trainings.

Scientific interests
Teaching for the critical care pharmacy and kidney disease pharmacy, academic guidance and career guidance, clinical pharmacist training, development in the use of modern teaching methods, scientific research and community service to change lifestyles to enhance the quality and health of the individual and society
