Profile
Dr. Saeed obtained a Masters degree in statistics from the University of Arkansas, USA, and a PhD degree in reliability statistics from the University of Southampton, UK. He is working as a lecturer in the Department of Statistics, Faculty of Sciences, King Abdulaziz University and as statistical consultant for number of governmental and private sectors outside the university, as well as taking up number of leading administrative positions at the university. Currently he is serving as the head of the Department of Statistics, Faculty of Science, King Abdulaziz University. His scientific and research interests revolve around the theory of reliability and its applications, biostatistics, quality control, time series, applied statistics and statistical measurement of performance. His current interests are concentrated on conducting studies and providing statistical advice regarding quality, reliability, surveys, human capital analysis and statistical measurement of performance.
