iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

To link the official university e-mail to Apple devices, follow these steps:

1. Make sure IMAP is enabled in your Gmail settings الرئيسية
2. Go to your device's settings.
3. Click Mail, Contacts, Calendars
4. Click Add Account..
5. Click Gmail
6. Enter your account information, and make sure you enter your full e-mail address, including "@kau.edu.sa"
7. Click Next
8. Click Save

Android Devices:

To link the official university e-mail to Android devices, follow these steps:

1. Make sure IMAP is enabled in your Gmail settings
2. In your phone, press (Home), and then open the e-mail application.
3. On the Contacts page, select (Next) to start the installation.
4. Enter your full email address, including "@kau.edu.sa," and your password, then select (Next).
5. On the next screen, you can give the account a nickname. To choose the name displayed in (Outgoing Messages), click (Next).

In this way you are done. You can check your settings from the Inbox view by clicking on the (Account Settings) menu.
