Publications awareness cards
Publications awareness for the use of university Email

Do you know that you can block spam?
The university mail service works in an effective way to prevent spam (junk mail)
from reaching your inbox. Yet, if an unwanted message succeeds in accessing, you
can report the message as spam.
Filtering is done from within the mailbox by selecting the message (or opening it)
and pressing the (Report Spam) button in order for the system to filter this type of
messages in the future, or by accessing the SPAM folder, selecting a message (or
opening it), then pressing the (Not Spam) button so as to allow this type of messages
to pass on to this user. It should be noted that the system takes into account the
freedom each person has to choose the appropriate messages. The system will learn
from these clicks what to filter in the future and what should be sent to the user.
How to filter spam:
- Open any message you want to classify as Spam> Menu> Report Spam:
When a conversation is reported as spam, the conversation and all of its messages
are deleted from your inbox. You can view messages marked as spam by showing the
messages classified as Spam." (SPAM).
Note:
Spam is deleted from (SPAM) after 30 days.
