Tips on writing the subject of the message:
- Make the title of the message expresses the purpose of the message.
- Avoid sending an email without writing a subject.
- Do not summarize the message subject to an unspecified general one.
- Avoid including people names in the message subject, write the message subject directly.
- Be sure to use correct language when writing your message.
- Avoid writing an unclear title for the subject of the message.
Tips on writing email message content:
- Make sure the text of the message is sounds linguistically and grammatically correct.
- Be careful when writing the message text to focus on the purpose of the message and explain its purpose.
- If there are attachments with the message, please make sure to attach them.
- If you need to list a number of points, use bullets and numbers.
- When photo illustration is needed, please insert the photo by clicking on the option located at the bottom of the message window.
- Be sure to format the font of size, color and so on depending on the text whether it is a title, a subtitle or a content.
- Review the message before sending it, to make sure that the purpose of the message is clearly conveyed to the recipient.
