University email services may not be used in:

• Commercial activities, unless approved by the competent authorities in the university.
• Illegal and punishable activities.
• Using university email account data to register in unethical or untrusted websites.
• Use of university email to create or distribute subversive messages, such as those containing offensive comments about race, religion, immoral materials, or political beliefs.
• Advertising unauthorized services or goods or untrusted sites.
• Use or exploit the Service in such a way as to compromise the Intranet, open security loopholes in the network, publish malicious software, or otherwise.
• Access or attempt to use users’ accounts without permission.
• Involve others in using your personal accounts or assign them to those accounts.
• Negative use which affects other users, or on the performance of devices and networks.
• Use that can cause any threat, damage, inconvenience, or harassment of any person or entity or its electronic security, such as sending email frequently, spam, fraud, or deception.

Important Notes:

• The user shall be fully responsible for any source of use occurred through his or her account, and shall ensure the security of access to the information resources entrusted to him.
• The government authority has the right to suspend the user’s account in case of abuse.
