The section studies and evaluates the current situations at all faculties, sectors focusing on their instruments and laboratories, making schedules to begin preparing faculties and sectors gradually, and then putting the general bases and strategic plans to develop the university instruments and laboratories.

 In addition, the management holds periodical meetings with the concerned authorities to put timetables plans in order to develop the instruments and laboratories to obtain academic approval.
